Despite opening two gluten-free mondo-healthy restaurants and penning a health-focused cookbook in 2014, Franklin Becker hasn't forsaken his meat and potatoes. The Little Beet chef is opening a steakhouse near Grand Central with Nobu restaurateur Richie Notar, reports the Post. Details are scant at the moment, but this old Twitter pic just might show a glimpse of the space. Eater has reached out to Becker, so stay tuned.
