Beer Will Finally Start Flowing Tonight at Long Island City's White-Hot Mu Ramen

Mu Ramen's liquor license finally arrived, right on schedule today. Ramen master Joshua Smookler Instagrammed proof:

Once everything gets sorted, Smookler plans to serve 18 Japanese beers and 60 different sakes. And no doubt he could use the extra income from booze, at the very least to help cover the bill for that giant hunk of Wagyu sitting in the walk-in.
