After just a month, Angelo Romano, the often free-wheeling chef who put The Pines on the map, is out of the kitchen at Williamsburg newcomer Concord Hill. It's not quite clear what went down, but co-owner Kate Grossheim tells Eater that she and the rest of the team are "are very excited about a fresh start with Daniel Navarro running the kitchen. We are continuing with our plan of serving seasonal American food with an approachable wine list and friendly service." Navarro, who came from the Cleveland and was Romano's sous for the restaurant's debut is gradually changing the menu, but not too much, says Grossheim.
