Dave Chang's Creating the Momofuku Version of a Cheeseburger

Fried chicken, burgers, al pastor sausages- nothing is safe from bun-ification in the Momofuku empire. In addition to his play on a spicy fried chicken sandwich, which will soon debut at Ma Peche, Chang's also working on a bun version of the Juicy Lucy (burger with cheese on the inside) for Momofuku Noodle Bar. No word yet on when the "juicy rucy" or the spicy chicken bun will be available but, in the meantime, fans of new school buns should check out the bun-ified al pastor that's currently available at Momofuku Noodle Bar.
