Boilermaker's Greg Boehm, along with Zach Sharaga, and Nico de Soto are taking a break from developing their new bar Mace, to run a month-long holiday pop-up in the space called Miracle on 9th Street, shares Time Out NY. Stiff drinks like the Bad Santa (two types of rum, arrack, pineapple and lemon juice, milk, coconut butter and water) and Dreidel Dreidel Dreidel (chocolate gelt-infused tequila, maple syrup, sherry, bitters) made by Experimental Cocktail Club vet de Soto are sure to help get visitors through the season, and leave them with a hangover to remember. The bar, which is currently decked out with a Christmas tree and tons of tinsel, is open through December 23 and the team plans to run some private events from Christmas through the new year. Expect Mace to open sometime around February. 649 E 9th Street, 212-673-1190
