The once cramped Ruby's Cafe has finally finished it's anticipated expansion into the space next door. Despite the expansion the new, roomier Ruby's Cafe remains virtually unchanged in terms of its Aussie service and menu which you can peruse here. The cafe will be open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
