Occupying one of the 20 seats at the bar at Shuko, Nick Kim and Jimmy Lau's new restaurant that opens tomorrow night, will be an investment in both time and money. The prix fixe menu will likely change regularly but will range from 12 to 15 courses and will cost somewhere between $175 and $195 (a receptionist at the restaurant says the exact price hasn't been determined yet).
