As expected, wd~50, Wylie Dufresne’s temple to uncompromisingly cerebral cuisine will serve its final meal tonight. Dufresne's other restaurant, Alder, holds a place on the Eater 38 list and is still going strong. The chef has plans to open a restaurant similar to, but not exactly the same as wd~50 in the near future. Details to follow.
