McDonald's Drive-Thru Customer Runs Over Man, Still Picks Up His Burger

A man is in critical condition after being struck by a car in the drive-thru of a Queens McDonald's over the weekend, reports the Daily News. Witnesses say that the victim, who appeared to be drunk, was walking in the the drive-thru lane of the fast food restaurant when he reportedly collapsed in the road. He was subsequently struck and temporarily pinned under a Nissan. Incredibly, rather than aiding the victim, the driver of the vehicle then proceeded to pick up his food order from oblivious employees at the drive-thru window before fleeing the scene. The suspect is still at large.
