Uma Temakeria, All'Onda chef Chris Jaeckle's fast-casual side project is back open. The Brazilian-Japanese fusion spot was forced to shutter in early November when a water pipe burst and caused what Jaeckle described as "massive water damage." But as of yesterday, the restaurant's running at full speed again and is now offering delivery and catering options. Plus, there's a new spicy miso soup, for when it actually gets cold again.
