Toby's Estate Coffee is opening a third location in the West Village today. The latest café from the Brooklyn based roasters is the first to feature a "Brew Parlor," a school that will teach classes on brewing techniques (from pour-over to Chemex to French press) along with espresso and latte art classes. The coffee line-up at this new location is is only single-origin, with beans from countries like Panama and Honduras. A selection of tea, Chai, and hot chocolate will also be available, as well as the obligatory fall drink. The one being served at Toby's is something called an Apple Betty: think apple-y cappuccino with a house made syrup.
