Num Pang will reopen in Union Square tomorrow right across the street from its original location at 28 East 12th Street. To celebrate this triumphant return, owners Ben Daitz and Ratha Chaupoly have debuted a new sandwich called the "Num Cubano." This variant on the Cubano (pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, spicy pickles, yellow mustard) maintains some Southeast Asian influences including pickled carrots, cilantro and chili mayo.  The sandwich is available through December 18, so get it while you can.
