4) A New Kind of Soup Dumpling

What: Phumpling Co has a created a whole new food mash up, which combines pho and soup dumplings. Phumpings will make their debut today at Shwick. The phumplings will be garnished with basil, Sriracha, and hoisin and are available for $3 a piece or 3 for $7.
5) Argentine Party Time
