Amanda Cohen's Dirt Candy 2.0, a.k.a. "Big Candy," is coming along quickly and every single detail's being posted on Instagram. The team's painting a mural on an exposed brick wall and geeking out over new menu fonts.
In the kitchen, Cohen and her team have been testing some new vegetable concoctions like kale matzo balls, rainbow hued vegetable brioche, and most recently, a vegetarian take on chicken and dumplings made with multi-colored cauliflower.
