Master of the bistro universe Keith McNally is putting those old rumors about Balthazar closing up shop to rest for good. He tells the Post he's inked a deal that will keep his flagship in place for the next 10 years. The landlord supposedly "relinquished a much more lucrative leasing opportunity" to let the bistro stay. In other parts of the McNally universe, Pastis is still wandering around homeless and details are still scarce about going on down at 5 Beekman.
