Here's a Glimpse of Cosme's Full Mexican-ish Menu, But Don't Expect It to Stay the Same

Duck carnitas and chilaquiles are among the standout dishes now, but Enrique Olvera is already working on new dishes (one of which involves worm salt).

Enrique Olvera's Cosme has only been open officially for three days and is already supposedly booked until the new year. Meanwhile, the team has yet to release a final menu, and that appears to be because still in the works. Olvera continues to Instagram new dishes from his personal account like a salmon tostada with avocado, and raw tuna over a blue tortilla with worm salt (whatever that is).

Neither appear on the opening night menu that Adam Goldberg of A Life Worth Eating's tweeted a couple days ago.

There are also several dishes on that menu that didn't appear on the soft open menu like Swiss chard tamal, duck carnitas, and chilaquiles. The latter two are already getting particularly high marks from diners, while the husk meringue leaking corn mousse continues to enchant diners.
