Txikito's Chef Hosts a Chilean Pop-Up in the 'Burg; French Louie Starts Lunch Tomorrow with a Lamb French Dip

Plus Milk Bar rolls out its new fall menu, and Ramen Lab hints at an opening date.

BOERUM HILL — French Louie, the French sister of Buttermilk Channel, is starting lunch tomorrow. The menu includes a squash and sweet potato soup topped with a hat of gruyere, an autumn veggie plate with chickpea flatbread, and a French dip sandwich made with roasted leg of lamb. [EaterWire]

WILLIAMSBURG — Machas, a seven course Chilean pop-up is coming to the Lighthouse on November 10. The menu is by Cristian Quiroz, who helms the kitchen at Txikito. Tickets, including a wine pairing, are $60. [EaterWire]

ACROSS THE CITY — Momofuku Milk Bar rotated its menu today. The mint cookies ‘n cream cake, chocolate-chocolate cookie, are back and, new this year, there's a caramel apple pie. In November, the shops will bring back their legendary Thanksgiving croissant. [EaterWire]
