wd~50's Going Out with Themed Ticketed Dinners; Empellon Al Pastor to Start Delivery on Monday

LOWER EAST SIDE — Before closing wd~50 on November 30, Wylie Dufresne will host two weeks of special dinners including a wd~50 Now and Then, Turkey Day, and Last Call. Prices range from $85 to $275 before drink pairings. Tickets will be released on October 30 on the restaurant's website. [EaterWire]

DELIVERY — Empellon al Pastor is starting delivery at 12:30 p.m. on Monday via Caviar. The menu includes guac, tacos de guisados, sides and, of course, the tacos al pastor. For now, delivery is only below 59th street, but there are plans to deliver further uptown at a later date. [EaterWire]
