Thai food ambassador Andy Ricker's noodle shop, Pok Pok Phat Thai, will ride again starting this Friday, now in a much bigger space in Brooklyn, and fueled by cocktails thanks to a full liquor license. The restaurant closed the doors of its tiny Lower East Side location just over a month ago to make the move to Brooklyn into the original Pok Pok space (which has sat empty since Pok Pok moved up the block a year ago). It looks like the noodle menu will stay the same, plus there will be delivery starting in a week or so. No word yet on what the cocktail program will look like, but it wouldn't be surprising if it borrows somewhat from Whiskey Soda Lounge which is only 197 feet up the block. 127 Columbia Street
