Dollar Oysters at Crimson & Rye, Free Wine and Food Pairings at Hudson Eats

MIDTOWN Just in time for Cocktail Week, Crimson & Rye launches a dollar oyster happy hour today. The special will be offered every Monday from 4 p.m. until close, alongside half price drinks. [EaterWire]

CHELSEA Cull & Pistol is offering a special Nordic-inspired four-course tasting menu every night from October 21 through October 25. The meal is $59, and includes dishes like Aquavit-cured salmon with beet chutney, and steamed halibut with squash puree and hen of the woods mushrooms. BATTERY PARK CITY Hudson Eats is launching a free fall wine and food pairing series this Thursday. The event will take place from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. every Thursday through November 30th, and will focus on a different type of food each time (cheese, chocolate, seafood, etc.).
