David Chang just received this very large and mysterious piece of what appears to be kitchen equipment. There's no telling for sure what it is, but it does have a big Momo plaque on the side, and Chang is excited about it. Is this our first glimpse inside the kitchen of the new bigger, better Ko on Extra Place? It could very well be. The Ko team remains completely impenetrable as to when the move to the new space will take place, but industry whispers have placed it some time in the next month.
