Craig Hopson, who was once the executive chef at Picholine, has been restaurant hopping quite a bit these days, but he's finally landed at Peter Poulakakoss' Bowery French restaurant Bacchanal. He ditched Beautique in late August, only five months after it opened. Similarly, Scott Bryan, who opened left Apiary to open Bacchanal, only stuck it out for four months before jumping ship for Corvo Bianco recently. No word yet on whether Hopson will stick with Bryan's menu or change things up. 146 Bowery.
