The time for Cosme previews has come, and on Saturday night Adam Goldberg of A Life Worth Eating was there to to eat his way through five dishes and document the whole thing. He tweeted the entire experience (and put even more up on Flickr), so check out the dishes that the kitchen will be serving soon. A call to the restaurant confirms that the team is sticking to its October 28 opening date, but in the meantime, there's this:
Cosme, New York - Last Saturday's meal felt like mini-Pujol. Incredible to finally have this kind of food in NYC https://t.co/vJlwzsyHRP

Cosme, New York - 2nd Course: Burrata en salsa verde. This is insane. Subtle reference to chilaquiles. pic.twitter.com/TGrcvDzSsT

Cosme, New York - Ricotta salata, brioche, honey. This dish blew my mind. Honey flavor had old burgundy qualities. https://t.co/dbIzZngbqs

Cosme, New York - Beef skirt," serranito, lime zest, goat's milk cheese, fried herbs. Reminds me of Pueblan cecina https://t.co/WtVfjo7LMY
