I Quant NY has done us all a public service and broken down the health code violations for all of the major fast food chains in New York. White Castle is the cleanest of all, with Taco Bell coming in second and Starbucks a close third. All three fall into the A grade category, but after that violation points start to stretch into B territory. Beware of IHOP which comes in dead last, with an average of 21.6 violation points. Things only get worse when dining at a combo place (think a Taco Bell-KFC). Too bad that stellar health record wasn't enough to rescue Williamsburg's recently departed White Castle.
