GREENPOINT — Tørst has started doing a pig roast on Sundays. From 1 to 6 p.m. get a serving of roasted pork shoulder, pickled red cabbage, and cranberry beans with rapini for $15. Another $5 will get you a beer to go with it. [EaterWire]
LOS ANGELES — Take a look around LA Chapter, the restaurant in the new LA outpost of the Ace Hotel. It's the work of restaurateur Jud Mongell and chef Ken Addington, the team behind Greenpoint's Five Leaves. The hotel also has a coffee bar from Stumptown and a bar/lounge called The Segovia, and an overall stunning interior. [~ELA~]
