COBBLE HILL — Brucie is going to serve a Beyonce-themed Valentine's Day dinner, with courses like Blue Ivy (smoked blue potatoes with trout), 22 Days Vegan (cauliflower, pistachio, cocoa nibs), and Breastany's Child (veal breast braciole).
