Nick Curtin Victorious at Tabasco's Game Day Cook-Off

Photos by Driely S.On Monday night, four chefs gathered at the Game Day Cook-Off presented by Tabasco for a showdown of epic proportions. Attendees had a hard choice as each chef brought their A-game in hopes of walking away as the big winner. Luckily, there were Tabasco-inspired Tequila Don Julio cocktails to help them through the decision.

Each chef played and cooked hard, but, in the last quarter, Nick Curtin on hometown turf pulled away with a win thanks to his Fried Chicken Sandwich. With his victory, his charity, New York Cares, walks away the big winner with a donation made in his name.

A special thanks goes out to all of our participating chefs: Floyd Cardoz of North End Grill, Nick Curtin of hosting restaurant, Rosette, Jeff McInnis from the forthcoming Root & Bone, and Perla and Montmartre's Michael Toscano. Check out the photos from the rumble below, and don't miss out on those Tabasco recipes for the big game.
