Here, at last, is the menu for Narcissa, Andre Balazs and John Fraser's new farm-to-table beauty in the Standard East Village. Vegetables and rotisserie cooking feature heavily, with dishes like rotisserie-crisped beets with bulgur salad (a hit at friends and family), carrots Wellington, lamb saddle with spinach pie, piquillo peppers and cauliflower, and "supergreen" creamed spinach topped with potato chips.
