Super Bowl 2014

wh1_5552-resize.jpgEric Borgia, the chef in charge of overseeing the food served at the MetLife Stadium during the Super Bowl, has planned a menu mostly inspired by New York City, with a nod to the Jersey Shore. There are, among other things, kale and chicken sausage to represent Manhattan, steamed pork buns for Queens, and arancini for Brooklyn. Staten Island, however, gets left out. [NYP]
