Following in the footsteps of the bowling and ping pong crazes, partners Jonathan Schnapp and Ashley Albert are ready to open the Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club. The massive space has 10 shuffleboard courts and a distinctively Floridian decor, as well as a slot for a rotating cast of food trucks to serve patrons. The RPSC has hosted private parties for the past few weeks and will open to the public next week. [NYT]
