From January 6 through 12, chef Philippe Bertineau will offer a family-style menu of his cassoulet, plus gougeres, salad, and dessert for $49 per person. SAN FRANCISCO — Just a few months after opening their restored version of the iconic Tosca Cafe, Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield have announced that they will also take over the now-shuttered Lusty Lady strip club.
