EAST VILLAGE — New-ish 1970's-inspired bar/restaurant Golden Cadillac is launching brunch this weekend. As with the dinner menu, the dishes are inspired by 1970s issues of Gourmet, and include a burger, eggs benedict with smoked duck, and "huggy bearcakes" (chocolate chip pancakes with honey butter).
