Mike Price has released the opening menu for his new West Village restaurant, The Clam. In addition to all sorts of clam dishes and raw bar plates, the menu includes sliced duck breast with blood orange, a sauteed skate wing, a roasted half chicken, and a whole flounder with lentils.
