Picnic, the East Village restaurant that opened on Second Avenue back in September has shuttered. Fork in the Road hears that chef Nick Nostadt has moved on to run the kitchens at the Alewife, the Jeffrey, and soon-to-open Fools Gold, a trio of craft beer bars.
