A reader writes in with a report from night three of Union Square hot spot All'Onda: "Dining room filled with people keeping their coats and sweaters on, shivering. Management apologizes and promises to get it fixed. Food is top-notch. Crudos a bit small for the money, but well-presented. Mains are excellent and very fairly priced. Wine list filled with tasty selections priced in the mid-$40 range per bottle." [EaterWire]
