A patron is claiming he was injured at McFadden's Restaurant and Bar in Midtown after a bartender went all Cocktail and started breathing fire shots into the crowd. The man is trying to get a judge to force McFadden's to turn over any internal surveillance footage of the incident, which according to this Yelp review from mid August is a relatively common occurrence.
