WILLIAMSBURG — Acclaimed South American chef Francis Mallmann will return to Reynard for dinners with Sean Rembold on September 16, 17, and 18. The meals will include things like squash soup, beef churrasco with potatoes, and ash cooked carrots with burnt endives. The five-course dinners with wine pairings are $175, and all of them will be served in the garden. This is the third installment of Reynard's "Dinner With Friends" series. Purchase tickets here. UPPER WEST SIDE— A water main break shuttered Casa Pomona last winter, but now the Spanish restaurant is back in action. Michael Psilakis's Kefi is still closed because of the burst pipe, but it should reopen soon. In other Upper West Side news, Telepan reopened on Friday after a quick renovation from the Home design company. Stay tuned for pictures of the new space later this week. [EaterWire]

COMING ATTRACTIONSHotelier Andre Balazs is developing a hotel project in the old TWA terminal at JFK that he will call The Standard, Flight Center. This will have food and beverage venues, but Andre has not revealed any details yet. [NYP]
