WILLIAMSBURG — Acclaimed South American chef Francis Mallmann will return to Reynard for dinners with Sean Rembold on September 16, 17, and 18. The meals will include things like squash soup, beef churrasco with potatoes, and ash cooked carrots with burnt endives. UPPER WEST SIDE— A water main break shuttered Casa Pomona last winter, but now the Spanish restaurant is back in action. Michael Psilakis's Kefi is still closed because of the burst pipe, but it should reopen soon. COMING ATTRACTIONS — Hotelier Andre Balazs is developing a hotel project in the old TWA terminal at JFK that he will call The Standard, Flight Center. This will have food and beverage venues, but Andre has not revealed any details yet. [NYP]
