West Village Bien Cuit Closed for Repairs After Flooding

The West Village outpost of Bien Cuit has been closed for several weeks now, after being badly damaged by flooding. The windows are currently papered over and a mold report posted in the window says that inspectors found "extremely elevated levels of fungal spores" in the air. An employee at the Cobble Hill location says there's still a lot of work to be done inside, and the owners still don't know how soon they'll be able to reopen the shop.
