Wine Event at The Brooklyn Star; Ansel's Magic Soufflé

WILLIAMSBURG — Tomorrow night, The Brooklyn Star will be pouring free tastes of 2012 Cabernet Franc from Bedell Cellars, and anyone who purchases a bottle will enter to win a case of the wine. Chef Joaquin Baca will also create a special dish to pair with this wine. This is a Grand Marnier chocolate soufflé encased inside orange blossom brioche, and it will go on sale for $7 starting this weekend.
