Blue Bottle Coffee to Open a Location in Boerum Hill

Cult coffee favorite Blue Bottle has a new cafe in the works on Dean Street, just at the edge of Boerum Hill. Blue Bottle is closing its location in Tribeca's All Good Things market, and opening another outpost in Gotham West Market. The Dean Street outpost will be the sixth New York cafe for Blue Bottle, but only the second in Brooklyn after its flagship Williamsburg shop and roastery.

The new shop will serve the same menu of pour-overs, espresso drinks, and serious cold brew coffee as the other locations, plus their same signature pastries. The space is smaller than the Williamsburg roastery, but expect the same sparse seating and standup bar by the window. Grub Street reports the cafe will open either later this fall or early next year.
