COBBLE HILL — Here's a look inside Bergen Hill, Ravi DeRossi's replacement for his Court Street outpost of the Bourgeois Pig. The menu from Le Cirque vet Andrew D'Ambrosi focuses on raw fish, and that's a sushi bar over on the right. [EaterWire]

FORT GREENE — Andrew Tarlow's bread baking operation, She Wolf Bakery, is now offering its sourdough loaves for pick-up every day at Roman's. Previously those loaves were only available on Thursdays, or on Tuesdays at Achilles Heel. Now they'll sell eight a day, for $6 each by pre-order online. [EaterWire]

EATER INTERVIEWS — City Grit chef/owner Sarah Simmons discusses her recent unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign and her new fundraising efforts with Eater National. Mostly, she's optimistic: "If Hurricane Sandy taught me anything, it's that shit happens but things are going to work out." [~EN~]
