The bar-hoppers and "starving artists" of Williamsburg can once again feast upon four-for-a-dollar dumplings and $2.50 Peking duck sandwiches, because Vanessa's Dumpling House is back in business. The shop was closed by the city last week, but the management worked out the issues and reopened yesterday afternoon. Over the weekend, the team explained on Twitter: "Consumer affairs believes our outside tables were on public not private property."
