Maialino's Offal Menu; Maison Premiere Reservations

GRAMERCY — Maialino is now offering a new menu of offal dishes at dinner. Called the "Quinto Quarto," it includes dishes like prosciutto wrapped sweetbreads, veal tongue with olives and parmesan, and crispy suckling pig face with greens. [EaterWire]
