Maialino's Offal Menu; Maison Premiere Reservations

GRAMERCY — Maialino is now offering a new menu of offal dishes at dinner. Called the "Quinto Quarto," it includes dishes like prosciutto wrapped sweetbreads, veal tongue with olives and parmesan, and crispy suckling pig face with greens. [EaterWire]

WILLIAMSBURG — Maison Premiere is now accepting reservations online through City Eats. Reservations are available for brunch, regular dinner a la carte, and for the six-course, $95 tasting menu. Oyster Happy Hour is still first-come, first-serve. [EaterWire]

PARK SLOPE — Pork Slope is launching a weekly Louisiana-style "Peel & Eat" dinner tomorrow. Every Wednesday starting tomorrow night they'll offer one pound of shrimp plus Andouille sausage, corn, potatoes, and Louisiana-style BBQ sauce for $32 per person. [EaterWire]

RED HOOK — La Bottega, a Long Island-based panini shop from Lupa vet Giuseppe Ruta is expanding to Brooklyn. The new location will open soon on Columbia Street in Red Hook. [GS]
