The Red Cat's Brunch; Solomonov Talks Federal Donuts

WEST CHELSEA — Jimmy Bradley's The Red Cat is going to start serving brunch for the first time in its 15-year history. The menu from executive chef Bill McDaniel includes things like huevos rancheros, Grand Marnier French toast, and a farro salad with squash and pumpkin seeds. EXPANSIONS — In an interview with Eater National, chef Michael Solomonov talks a bit about possible expansion plans for his group's Philly hit Federal Donuts: "We're going to do a few more probably in Philly and then hopefully check out new markets.
