Chef Leah Cohen has filed a lawsuit against Rick Camac's New York Restaurant Services Group, claiming that the company did not hold up its end of the bargain with the management of her Lower East Side hot spot Pig and Khao. Cohen claims that she initially agreed to split the ownership of the restaurant with the group 50/50, on the condition that it provided management services. Now she alleges that Camac's group failed to pay the landlord, the staff, the suppliers, and the tax man. NYRSG allegedly owes about $47,000 to the government, and according to TMZ, the landlord is threatening to evict the restaurant.

Cohen claims that she and her father invested about $400,000 in Pig and Khao, but now the restaurant is "clearly failing." She is seeking unspecified damages from NYRSG. There is very little information on the web about New York Restaurant Services Group, but presumably this is the same company as the Fatty Crew.
