The options include focaccia, salumi, cheeses, roasted chicken, and many of the other favorites from the regular menu. LAUNCHES AND RELEASES — Dan Barber and his crew at Blue Hill are now producing a line of savory yogurts. From the website: "Blue Hill Yogurt was conceived in the Blue Hill kitchens, where for years Dan Barber and his chefs have been making their own grass-fed milk yogurt (from Blue Hill Farm cows) in new, unexpected flavors." SOUTH SLOPE — Korzo restaurateur Otto Zizak is opening a new restaurant called Sekt in the Fifth Avenue space that formerly housed El Rincon Familiar. The new establishment will serve small plates with a "Central European influence," and the bar menu will emphasize sparkling wines. If everything goes according to plan, it should open next month.
