Chef Hooni Kim tells The Price Hike that he's sick of customers complaining about the fact that his restaurants are more expensive than places in K-Town: "Danji and Hanjan are always compared to the K-Town restaurants when we are more closely related to a Peal & Ash or The Spotted Pig. The quality of ingredients we choose to serve and the focus on serious, technique-driven cooking are what dictates menu prices in my opinion and so we should absolutely not be compared to K-Town restaurants."
