FOOD MEDIA — Season two of Eddie Huang's web show Fresh Off the Boat premieres on September 30. Vice released a trailer today, and it looks darker and more cinematic than season one. EATER BOOK CLUB — James Beard Award-winning writer Brett Martin has signed a deal with Crown to publish Fuck You, Eat This. The book will be a "narrative account of the creative revolution taking place in modern restaurants and the rise of the celebrity chef."
