Soon, the people of Battery Park City and the Financial District will have a location of Parm to call their own. Next year, Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick will open a branch of their wildly popular sandwich shop in Brookfield Place, the dining and retail complex next to the World Financial Center. In an announcement about the expansion, Zalaznick notes: "We are thrilled to be bringing Parm to Brookfield Place. It is in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in New York and we are excited to be a part of this great new development." Brookfield place is also getting outposts of Mighty Quinn's, Umami Burger, Dos Toros, and Num Pang. Unlike those operations, Parm BPC will be a full-service, sit-down restaurant.
