The offerings include lobster and grits, a version of bagels and lox with crispy rice, and blueberry and yuzu soba pancakes. Nobu staples like the black cod with miso are also available during brunch, and the beverage menu has several new cocktails. You can also get sushi and raw bar items. Take a look at the menu below. It includes things like suckling pig, scallop with black garlic bucatini, and Chris Cipollone's popular market vegetable dish, which is made with 14 vegetables and powdered Thousand Island dressing. The a la carte menu is still available as well. UPDATE: The Piora team sends word that chef is still working on the tasting menu, and it is not available quite yet. Stay tuned. [EaterWire]
